Welcome to New Galilee!
The church is people, not a building. Let's support each other and our community through prayer. Whether physically together or connected virtually, we are still called to reach out to those who need Jesus.
Throughout history, God's people have risen up in faith and victory through the power of the Holy Spirit when they have encountered challenges. We have that same power today and we have yet to see how the church will grow stronger during this time of difficulty.
Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful. Colossians 3:15 (NIV)

Take A Step
Wherever you are on your spiritual journey, we encourage you to move forward.
If you are just investigating Jesus and the church: read through the book of Mark in the Bible with someone who is a follower of Jesus; meet with Pastor Brian to discuss questions; attend a worship service or class to understand more; ask God to reveal Himself to you.
If you have recently placed your faith in Jesus and are recognizing your daily need for Him: talk to God through prayer each day; read through the book of Mark; get into a small group where you can learn God's word and be supported; consider being baptized.
If you have been growing and are becoming more comfortable with praying and reading scripture: deepen spiritual habits of Bible reading and prayer and look for ways to apply God's truth to your life; use your natural abilities, learned skills and God-given spiritual gifts to serve others in the church and community; lift your schedule, finances and relationships to God.
If you consider yourself to be Christ-centered, knowing God’s Word and confident in his power and presence in your life: increase your generosity of time, talents and treasure outside your comfort zone; consider how your past experiences influence your perspectives and behaviors and how you can use that to encourage others.
If you have known God’s Word and applied it in your life over a significant period of time: be a lifelong learner and recognizing that none of us will never “arrive” and look for others to mentor, helping them to understand their own growth opportunities; pursue being a servant-leader; steward your life for God’s glory and be characterized by humility, love, and grace. Equip others for ministry and multiplication.
